Buyers are fully responsible for filling out a correct mailing address. If an error is made on our end, please reach out and we will attempt to redeliver / adjust.
If your order is shipped and you have entered your shipping address incorrectly you can contact USPS to intercept your package.
✧Canceling /Changing Order✧
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.
All orders will be shipped every Friday. This is a small business run by 2 people. Please be patient with us because each order is packed with love & care by me and my significant other.
We accept orders from US, Canada. We also accept international orders, but double check here to see if your country is able to receive US imports before ordering.
Usually, packages will clear customs without any issues. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.
Domestic shipping (US) should arrive within 1-2 weeks. International shipping should arrive within 2-4 weeks. USPS shipping times vary due to delays right now, so please be patient.
✧Returns & Exchanges✧
All sales are final. At this time we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Tracking information is provided for both shipping methods. Once your order is shipped, it is USPS's responsibility to ensure its safe delivery.
These packages are insured. If your package is lost, you are able to file a claim for lost, damaged or missing goods.
First Class Mail:
These packages are not insured. If your package gets lost in the mail you won't be able to file a claim or be compensated for missing goods.
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you may be entitled to a refund or a replacement. I do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please contact me and include your order# and photos of the damage and I will get back to you.
We do our best to quality check all our products. Please note that everything is hand made and can potentially come with very minor imperfections.
